I love this necklace - it is absolutely beautiful! The only problem - and it is a pretty annoying one - is that the chain’s clip at the end is crappy. I struggle to close it/connect the chain every time and it takes a long time tinkering and a few unsuccessful attempts. It is just not made well and I am disappointed, because I have other Daya necklaces and this is the first time I get this problem.

The necklace is lovely. I am very pleased with my purchase. I purchased the necklace in gold. I am very tempted to get the same item in silver. I love all my Daya jewelry purchases. This is my favorite site to purchase jewelry. I am beginning to get a bit of a collection. Delivery has always been quick for an international order. Once, I have to wait for a pair of earrings that were out of stock. The customer service was wonderful & I absolutely love the item once I received it. But this happened when the Pandemic hit . I highly recommend this shop. Affordable prices for such beautiful craftsmanship. But I love my Chakra necklace, it's delicate and hangs beautifully when I wear it. I'm a very happy customer, I am already looking at another item I don't think I can pass up. Also, I get allot of compliments on the items I have purchased.
